Leaking sump / stone chips - allymorrison70 - 14:th-Sep-2019 My 2012 GTC 1.4t sump gasket looks like it’s on the way out, it’s starting to weep. It that a common problem? Got 75000miles on the clock. Anyone else have a horrendous amount of stone chips? I do. Bonnet especially and serious road rash! Possibly a piss poor factory paint job! Don’t think much paint went on it! You got mudflaps on yours? If not I would suggest it. There are quite which have had a full respray under warranty. As to the seal it's not a common thing that I know off but its one of the joys of owning a car. |
