Remove the sensor casing on the windscreen

How much space is there inside the cover for the rain and camera behind the rear view mirror? Also is there any tricks for removing it?

I've got a dash board camera and was thinking of fitting the GPS unit in side the cover.

Thanks

haha I fitted the highbeam / camera mirror and cover myself ready for the AFL, to be honest mate the best place I found for the GPS is the passenger side wing.

To get it off it just pulls down and apart. be careful though I can't get the cover to sit back tight anymore I need to pad the fixing point out with blue tack or something.

Cheers. I'll have another look then. As there is a long cable for the GPS so I might try else where as it saves having to hide the bunched up cable. Would little foam pads work better for you. They are used to separate pains of glass.

Thats a good idea Thanks, where I have my GPS to I can't get any pics but if you take the glove box out and drop the fuse board then stick your hand towards the wing and feel along you will find where to put it.
