Orginal microphone with Parrot CK3100 unit
Posted by: Dooks - 24:th-Jun-2019, 08:11:42 - Forum: Request for information - Replies (4)

Hello,

Is it possible to use original microphone from Astra with Parrot CK3100 unit?

Original microphone has 3 wires: black, red, blue. Parrot mic cable has black and white. it's standard 3.5mm jack.

Is it possible to connect that cable with original microphone?

Which colors i need to use to connect it?

Thanks!

My new pride and joy: Halfords advanced
Posted by: umognog - 23:rd-Jun-2019, 00:54:32 - Forum: General Chat - Replies (10)

I know the sets are to a lot of people's liking, but for a person like myself, it gives me exactly what I want.

During their extra 20% off last weekend, combining with cashback, reward points and redemption values, less than £100 for the Halfords Advanced 200pc socket set.

Used it today for replacing the condenser, made the job a damn sight easier (the prior week I had to abandon due to a missing E12 socket. Well, E8-E18 was missing entirely.

All the joys of moving home!

The only niggle I have is when using a wrench at speed, I can flick the lever on the back quite easily, but I feel this is more to do with my technique with the lower lever as it improved as the day went on.

A nice bit of kit that I, personally, am happy to have.[Image: 57dad488075de2b2d153ac147db2eefd.jpg]

Hi Mods so far.

1/Dab and Bluetooth upgrade.      Radio and parts supplied by Rusty, found it very easy to fit with the info supplied.
2/Sat Nav to A pillar.                   Fitted a brodit proclip mount part number 604438 and a garmin tilt/swivel mount brodit 215547 not cheap but well worth the money.
3/DPF Regen Light.                     fitted a red LED to the drivers door will find out how well it works later.

  Aftermarket Radio
Posted by: JTPitman - 15:th-Jun-2019, 19:51:01 - Forum: Astra-J/GTC Technical - Replies (1)

I'm having an issue with my new aftermarket radio that i have fitted, everything is working correctly except for the main screen at the top as you can see in the photos, all the other installs ive seen show this screen working,

also in the connects2 book it says that i can access the old settings menu with my steering wheel controls, so this screeen from what i can tell should be working

any ideas what the problem could be?

this is the kit i have installed
