I Have Now Done The Hack Update For the Theme Color Change on the NAVI 600/900
Update Hack i did the Other Day.

I am Totally over the Moon with this One it is Perfectly Done.
I now have a Blue Day Theme Mode
And a Red Night Theme Mode
Even the blue theme looks better as it is now not so bright and a different shade of blue
And it also has lots of Revised Icons and symbols
Even the Sat Nav Display now has Stars in the 3d Background in night mode.
This is so much Better than the White and Blue that the Navi 600 Comes with as Standard
I Give all Credit to DanRaz as this is all his Hard Work Thank You.

So I Now Have 3D Heads Up Maps.
Speed Camera Warnings and POI Alerts.
Color Theme Change Night and Day Modes To Blue and Red.
Can it Get any Better Very Happy and Well Worth the Effort To Do.
Very smart mate.

It makes all the difference driving at night it just looks so good now [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES] just what I was after and I now don't mind auto theme mode now as the blue in the day looks really good and red theme at night just works so well I hated the standard white day theme and the standard blue was just to bright for night driving now both new red and blue themes work and look so good [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]
Hello Tucpal.

The mudflaps are great, it's a good idea for my J; because where I live rains a lot and there are mud too.

Where's the best place to get mud flaps for my J? I've seen a lot of replicas and not sure if they're good enough, obviously would prefer genuine.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
there should be loads of genuine GM ones on ebay mate.
Ok I'll have a look thanks mate.

I have Just got some alloy door pins
and i also gave the EGR valve on the insignia 2.0 cdti a really good clean at long last
it was not all that bad but clean is better than dirty
probably about the right time to get it done at 27.000
i just have got to keep on top of it now every 20.000 or so
the car feels good for it that's for sure and it is running perfectly fine.

I will Get around to doing a how to on the EGR for the 2.0 cdti very soon.

Looking good mate and well done, can't wait to find out how to clean egr Smile

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
i will get it done at some point tomorow or monday
i need some more egr cleaner
as i still have to clean the boost sensor and throttle body
then i can do the how to all in one go with the lot in it
EGR VALVE, EGR PIPE, BOOST SENSOR, AND THROTTLE BODY, AND MAF SENSOR, CLEAN PROCESS.
Ah good, I'd love to be able to do that myself but never even attempted it on any car I've had lol. Pop some links to cleaner in how to as well please Smile

I have just got some new insignia VXR indicator surrounds
there aftermarket and made with a 3D printer
and they have a black carbon effect all over i think they look good
and they are just what I was looking for as i did not want the original chrome ones.

Ooh very nice mate, I love the carbon look, goes well against the black too!

I decided the rear end of the Insignia was looking a little naked
since i debadged it so i have just got a VXD badge
and i also added a chrome strip to the rear diffuser under skirt trim
just to make it look a little different.

I also got a DA polisher clay bar kit and compound polish wax etc
so i gave the car a real good detail
the weather has not stopped raining since i did it so the results will have to wait Ha ha
but believe me the car is gleaming now and protected for the rest of the winter.
Looks good mate, you can tell car has been detailed even with the rain!

First Little Upgrade For 2016..

I found some black sun visors on ebay before christmas and a set of black switch buttons
for the front and rear headliner light consoles
it really makes the switches stand out so much better
and the black visors look much better from the front when they are down
as they blend in better than the white ones did
i think the black looks much better Now.

Oooo I like those! Are they official then?

Sent from my XT1092 using Tapatalk
I fitted all black to mine not sure on the black white tough.

They make a big difference.
yer there from a biturbo astra
i think the switches now stand out a lot better
especially in the dark i love the sun visors there much better
I like the switches but not overly convinced on the visors. If the roof lining was black however...!

Anyway, how do you come across all these Bi turbo parts lol

Sent from my LG G4 using Tapatalk
Interesting mod... not sure my thoughts on them though

Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Looks odd
Not keen, looks like you couldn't get the right colour.

Needs full black headlining.
