Hello, does anybody know how to remove the sun visor on an Astra J GTC.

I have taken the cap off, have removed the 3 screws, but I'm not able to get the sun visor out, it doesn't just pull out.

There seems to be clips of some sort holding it in?

Hi guys, I was hoping someone could answer some questions I have been wanting to find out. I have been looking at cars for the last 3 weeks and not a clue what to buy, and recently just started looking at the Astra GTC and I ain't got a clue what model to go for. I think my budget will get me something up to a 2014/15. I owned a civic type r up until 3 weeks ago and would love something performance wise not far off. I have an astra j from 2010 and i want to upgrade from navi 800 to navi 950.. I have read somewere on this forum that pre 2012 cars docent need VCI for the radio side of the programing.. does that mean i just can use opcom or do i still need MDI for this.

If you follow me on instagram @thewhiteastra you will see I put on the full VXR Aero bodykit on my GTC.

The GTC had a single exit exhaust on the passenger side.

The VXR exhaust has 2 built in exhaust tips passenger and drivers side.

I had to cut the tip off my single exhaust to get the bumper on as the VXR sits lower inc diffuser.

I have bought nextbase hardwire kit and manage to to slip the wire behind both wires and air bag in the A frame of passenger side. (Not strong enough to pull the A Pillar trim fully with that metal clip in place).

I have threaded the wire down the inner door by removing the rubber sill and was going to the side where the fuse box in the glove compartment.

My question ... should I attach the earth (black wire) to a metal bar behind the glove box on one of the nut bolt (not sure if it

i am looking to firstly change my suspension on my astra j sri 1.7 i think aircraft landings are softer then these things lol.
i think i got 17 inch alloys i not had the car long and to be fair its been a nightmare so far as the spec dont match up to anything iv seen online. and custom wiring and left cut wires i found under trims ect.
but i want to change the suspension to a bit softer landing

I am planning to fit/install front sequential LED light strip which has the function of DRL & indicator signals. I need help or advise on how best to do this. Is it best to try and tap into the side panel indicator or the lower front indicator that is next to the fog light?
