I have service ESP message showing on the dashboard along with the ABS symbol and car with 2 lines underneath symbol. Borrowed and connected a Bosch KTS 200 diagnostic tool to it and it showed up as error code C0040 Wheel Speed sensor front right malfunction. Bought a new front sensor and fitted quite easily myself but I am no expert with the diagnostic tool. I am in the process of recommissioning my Astra J and decided to try out my OBD2 bluetooth unit with my M072 headunit to see how well it works.
The problem I have is that on first fitment it saw the OBD unit but couldn't connect (wirelessly via bluetooth), then after decided it couldn't see it at all.

The unit works fine with the Torque lite app on my android phone when used in my Volvo so I'm at a loss as to why it won't work with the same app on my android HU in the J.
Is there a setting

I took my car to the local garage to charge the AC is it does not get cold but i was told it was full. They the plugged it into the computer and it came up with the error below and could not fix it:

B393B-04 air conditioning compressor valve control circuit - open


A quick google says its a possible short, can anyone give me an idea as to what to look at, i have a meter to check shorts but not sure what loom or where to look.

I hope someone can assist. Is there anyway to completely open up the rear clusters. 

I have an odd issue where my brake light clear section has snapped in both the rear clusters and rattles around within the larger cluster. I have removed both but after removing the group bulbs out the  rear I cannot find how to disassemble the rest. It looks like anti tamper screws have been used.

I bought a second hand 2012 Astra Elite which is running pretty well, only problem is the heated seats. The passenger one kind of works but feels like some of the modules aren't working, the driver's seat's lights go on for 15 seconds and then black out - no heat.

I took it in for a service, hoping my mechanic would be able to sort it, unfortunately their diagnostic tools don't look at the seats. His advice was to take it to a Vauxhall garage, but warned they're probably charge m

hi i am looking into getting an astra elite and i am finding that there are no elites so far without the heated seat issues. is it worth keep looking for a car without the heated seat issue or find one i like and solve the issue later

Strange fault on my Astra, the outside temperature gauge fluctuates wildly goes from -2 to +17 in a short time then back to say +4 before moving again, the heat coming out of the vents is almost uncontrollable too no matter the setting on either side heater control

The external sensor was replaced last year following a front end rebuild after a shunt 

Any ideas please folks ?

I have recently done the Navi 600 to 900 hack, i have also updated my SD Card from 600 to 900 and have the red /blue theme and 3D maps all working great. and look great 

the problem i have is the the Speed cameras are not showing correctly, i'm not getting the pop up warning, (i have enabled them and set it warn early)

Hi all today I drove to widnes stopped the car for a couple of hours then went to start the car and it ran for a second then cut out.... I tried to restart but the starter didn't turn over then after 30seconds it started fine.

The only thing I did was when I started I didnt let the glow plugs light go out I was rushing.

Is this something going wrong or just a one off thanks.
