From Navi 600 to Navi 650
hello all,
currently I have a Navi 600 in my car, however I would like to use Android auto (to use Spotify and Google Maps) and I know that is not possible on Navi 600. I am thinking of changing from 600 to 650 and my question is whether I need to buy the whole package (radio, panel and screen) or just the radio itself?
Thx
Who’s got my old car from North East then ?

Sold it last June to garage then went to auction then a garage in Newcastle had it last I believe
Sold with black wheels on the spoiler was still on and so was the skirts I believe
Would be good to know how she’s getting along

Hello from Aldershot
Hi, I recently bought a 64 plate Astra J 2.0 CDTI S/S Elite and mainly loving it. I've joined this forum as it seems a friendly and informative place.
I already changed the DRLs to the PIAA ones as the yellowey lights just didn't look right, and my next mod I am planning is to get one of the android head units from Iceboxautos. I was gobsmacked when I realised my supposedly top-of-the-range car didn't even come with Bluetooth, so replacing the HU will bring it up to date, and add plenty more
Wiring up my dashcam. Take power from...?
Hi all,
So I wanted a dashcam for a long time now, but I never wanted it to be in my sight and block my sight even more (the Astra already has pour visibility). But I got a dashcam for free which I modified so the camera can be separated from the little screen and housing.
I want to attach the camera itself directly over my automatic high beam assist camera (which I don't use because it's not so good). There it has a perfect view of the road ahead.
The screen itself will pop out behind/ne
fitting parts from other vauxhalls
So, i have this insignia cluster, up level display.
and i have a clone tech2,
tried to add the insignia cluster to my car and i guess predictably it refuses with a hardware mismatch.
i altered the eeprom to have my cars vin number and security code.. i couldnt figure out whdere the mileage is stored in the eeprom dump... so i left that bit alone... this was enough to allow me to do a 'program' session on the BCM which removed the mileage lock out that i'd triggered on the insignisas
Hello from the SW
Hi,
Obviously this will be an introduction (I know who'd have thought it, an introduction in the introduction forum, whatever next...)
I was looking for info on an aftermarket Android Auto HU for my 2012 Astra GTC SRI and stumbled across this forum and thought it looked like a good place to spend some time
I freely acknowledge I know very little about cars and am not particularly DIY minded (unless it's to do with computers then it's another matter) so I'm looking forward to reading
