Hi is there any connection between NS (passenger side) DRL and the rear light and rear position light in the tailgate have changed all the bulbs they seem to work when they feel like it can anyone help in what to check next

Finally got round to replacing my DRL bulbs to some that are a bit more white. One issue.. i stupidly managed to snap the retaining clips on one side. The holder feels OK without them, and obviously the plastic cover is on the back. Am I likely to have any issues.. is this repairable at all??

On the plus side the Maruta (formerly MTEC) bulbs seem to fit OK and give off a nice white light. I have MTEC super white headlight bulbs which I've always found to be good. Plus they were a lot cheaper

I dont have a great understanding of cars but own an Astra GTC 1.4T 2013 and want to change my DRL's to white bulbs as I have purchased white headlight bulbs. Having looked over the forum at some very detailed threads regarding bulbs it has left me quite confused. 

I have read on some that the GTC has a system called Canbus and that DRL's are on this system which could cause error codes but then on other threads that the GTC DRL's arent on this system. I was wondering if anyone could c

I have an Astra J 2013 Ltd Ed which originally came with LED DRLs from factory (black insert headlights). This car had front end damage so both headlights smashed and I'm having trouble finding some for a decent price currently they're ~£120 per headlight in decent used condition. That's the least of my problems but need a solution, still have the Ltd Ed bumper to repair which is thermoset polyurethane.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, this is my first post..
I've recently got myself a 63plate GTC and noticed last night one of the sidelights is not working.

The bulbs are LED and I understand they function as both the DRL and Sidelights..
With the lights switched off, both DRLs are on, as they should be, but when I switch to sidelights, the driver side dims to sidelight, whilst the passenger side goes off completely.

I am planning to fit/install front sequential LED light strip which has the function of DRL & indicator signals. I need help or advise on how best to do this. Is it best to try and tap into the side panel indicator or the lower front indicator that is next to the fog light? 

Any help would be appreciated, I have experience in wiring other lights on the car but this is the first time I have looked at fitting a sequential LED light strip that needs to use the indicators as a addit

I have a code 22 on my screen, which is pretty annoying. The right side lamp is working fine (both of them, left too). 
I have already done:
- removed the bulb from the left side: (code 21 come out, which is expected)
- swap the two bulbs left and right side, both working, got error 22 back.
- bought new bulbs, still error 22

What I noticed, sometimes, I don't have error code 22, before I put the bulb with the holder into the lamp, and comes back a little later.

I'm completely stuck here with my DRLs.
My DRLs do not work nor do my side lights, so this is making my main dipped beam come on, i can not seem to find the fuse/fuses for these lights only a pair of relays which i thought DRLs did not need but hey oh.

so what is my next move,,, where should i be looking now? i'm not that great with electrics on a car but i would have thought this might have been an easyish fix.
