Astra J 2010 1.6 has servivce light on. Can be reseted by Menu button but comes back after 10 minutes. Code reader gives code 597 - related obviously to thermostat. Engine temp does not come higher than 75C, normally about 90C.  Both upper and lower cooler hoses are warm but not hot. Heater and ac works normally (blowing warm air). Runs smoothly all seems to be OK. Please help whether this is typical failure and where to start to fix it. Does this engine have electrical controlled/heate

Hi,
I need help for my new Opel Astra J, because after diagnostic check we found out error code B1405, which says:

• Control Module  Voltage Reference Output 2 Circuit 
  
• Voltage high/open circuit
  
• Intermittent
  

Any ideas what I should be looking for to solve this error code? Or maybe somebody had experience with it already.

I have been fixing my 2012 gtc astra turbo 1.6. I think engine code is a16let. Its bee. Rough getting the correct timing kit and now headgasket. Has anyone got the correct part number for reference. And can u confirm if this is correct.

I have a problem with my 2012 Astra gtc 1.7 cdti sport 40.000 miles I have owened it for about 6 months now and all is good except that about 6 weeks ago code 54 WATER IN FUEL FILTER came up and then it whent a way but in the last 2 to 3 weeks it comes on at each startup, then after 5 mins it has gone off, So I decided to change the fuel filter the car seems to go a lot better but I still get CODE 54 COME UP each time I start up, can anyone tell me what it could be and what to try next.
