i have seen that before is the car a diesel
i just can not think i am sure it was a blocked dpf or dirty throttle body

Ye 1.7 cdti. See any how 2s on the egr and throttle bodies? I cleaned the egr off my vec a few years back that was easy enough

yes it was the EGR that was dirty making idle move up and down
it was so long ago that i read that post
no we dont have a how to on that one sorry

I've looked for a vid for the removal, I'll take a look on eBay for the part maybe that will help me find the thing.

Flaming 'eck... Can't be as complicated as it looks?? Vectra was only clamping 2 pipes then undo bolts and pull.
