Gearbox a bit stiff

Noticed yesterday that the gear shift wasnt as smooth as usual, it feels stiff up top by the stick. Took the gator off and there isn't hardly and of the white grease, does anyone know where I can get this and if it will resolve my issue?

Most motor factors will sell the grease.

Sorted, got some 'white grease' spray stuff that halfrauds reccomended. Worked a treat
