I think up north in Leeds is a plan! Only joking but somewhere in the Midlands could be good

it is a good idea we have been taking about this
a good meet point for both north and south would be the best option
as it would be good to all meet and get to see each other and have a good look at our cars
may be we could pick a venue in the summer holidays it would be good to tie it in to and event or even a day out
ideas are more then welcome

Count me in. After all, me and the missus drove to South East Germany in 2013 to meet up with a German Streetka club meet for the weekend. Had a fab time cruising around the Bavarian forest with the roof down...all

Somewhere near a motorway m6 or m62

There a nice pub just on outskirts of Coventry, just off J2 of M6.

The Sparrow | Coventry | Our Pubs | Brewers Fayre Pub Restaurants

Nice big car park too.

There's an even nice one closer to the junction right on edge of canal. Only down side is car park a little smaller.

I was thinking of somewhere like RAF Cosford Air Museum. Its free entry but you do have to pay for parking. Cosford is fairly central to most people

I've never been to the Cosford museum but have been to the London RAF Museum which is very good.

Please feel free to add your thoughts below or any other suggestions for a South/North joint meet

How about a run what ya brung meet at the santapod drag strip
Saturday august the 9th or 16th Run What Ya Brung (RWYB) - Public Track Day

cheep day out £10 entry and £25 if you want a run.
and plenty of parking for some nice pictures

we could have a prize for the fastest J GTC and VXR
and if you do not wish to run it will be fun to view
and even a price for best car in each category

it could be a good day out for the north meets south meet.

Put my name down but I won't know till nearer the time as the Wife wants to see family in South Africa and it's a gamble over flight prices to get a cheap deal and I'll be left with the kids on school holidays.
