Braking system differences
#1
Hi all

I understand there is a difference between braking systems on the smaller-engined cars (POC 67) and the larger (POC 60) which means that choosing wheels becomes a little more exacting. The only online document I can find is in Greek or cyrillic alphabet.

I could call Vauxhall Technical support and ask but wondered if anyone has a quick and simple answer.

I expect it is to do with the dimensions of the callipers.

So what is your question?

There maybe the info in this thread, https://www.vxoc.org.uk/forum/Thread-Wheels-and-tyres
Astra-J 2.0 CDTI S/S
Retrofitted AFL, TPMS, Navi950, BT, DAB, Rear Camera, Infinity sound system, Towbar, Flexfloor & more.
I can do programming and retrofits using genuine GM MDI and Dealer software.

Thanks Rusty

The question is: what is the difference between POC J60 and POC J67 braking systems?

Right the difference is the disc and pad size.

Braking system J67

Braking system J60

FRONT DISCS, 300mm REAR DISCS, 292mm
