Long audible beep whilst/after braking.
Hi guys, after a couple of little recent untimely, parking sensor type beeps, I have travelled 30 miles today, with the worst possible, continuous, high pitched noise, for approx. the time the brake pedal has been depressed. Don't want to get back in it!! Any ideas.....please help.

Braking system differences
Hi all

I understand there is a difference between braking systems on the smaller-engined cars (POC 67) and the larger (POC 60) which means that choosing wheels becomes a little more exacting. The only online document I can find is in Greek or cyrillic alphabet.

I could call Vauxhall Technical support and ask but wondered if anyone has a quick and simple answer.

I expect it is to do with the dimensions of the callipers.

Delayed thump after braking from front of gtc
Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I bought an Astra gtc 2ltd in March 13 plate. Recently I have noticed that there is a thump coming from font of car. Only happens after I brake. For example if I brake and come to a stand once I remove my foot from brake a few seconds later there is a thud. Astra J 2.0 cdti braking system
Hi, I have a Astra J 2.0 cdti 2011. I’m looking to buy a space saver wheel for it, can anyone confirm which braking system 2.0 cdti’s have? I think it might be the J60 brakes.
