Roof Aerial
#1
Ok so not Vauxhall related.

The Mrs Fiesta has a roof Aerial at the front by the windscreen.

I've just ordered a new Sharkfin for my car that has DAB FM/AM & GPS, so was thinking of fitting my DAB FM/AM sharkfin to her car.

I know I'll have to drill a hole at the back of the roof no issue with that at all.

Now I know I could rip the headliner out and get a bit of metal welded on and roof re-paint, but it there another way of doing it?

how about looking at one of them blanking plates for the rear wiper maybe an idea
but if the roof is curved it may not work

Yeah it's curved. I may just end up painting the ford one to match the roof so it won't look so odd
