Paint Warranty
#1
Hey all

Okay so I'm sodding vauxhall off now as my warranty is well and truly void anyway so going going elsewhere for everything now. One thing though is they said I need to go back to them once a year to keep the paint Warranty and pay them 30 quid a time to reactivate it..
They couldn't even explain what that warranty covered... So does anyone know of its worth it? Or better to sod that off too and fix any corrosion or damage myself if it happens?

Ta

They never did a paint warranty inspection the 1st 2yrs only said £30 on the 3rd year.

I told them no I'll get it done by my mechanic when he does service.

Sod paying them £30 for 5mins work.

But basically they check glance over the car looking for any bumps paint chips etc and mark them down.

Oh... Hahahaha. Doesn't really save me any money I guess does it, I mean there are a few chips I can see but unless they went rusty I wouldn't be arsed... Even then I probably wouldn't be charged too much to paint it I guess... Sounds like a rip off either way
