I'm not saying the car is high mileage, I'm just stating that the average miles per year driven is around 12k, so a car with 75k over 5 years is slightly over average. I would still offer the same advice though after 5 years even if it had done 40k as the gearbox, clutch, dpf, water pump etc etc are well into their life-cycle, even more so if it's been driven by a boy racer. Ironically I would be slightly less worried on the 75k than the 40k as I would think that the dpf would have had a good amount of motorway driving along with the gearbox etc.
