Yes they can be retrofitted.

Parking sensors will most likely have the wiring for front sensors upto (under the battery) it's then a small loom from there which will connect to the a new front bumper loom.

Power fold mirrors again should be a case of adding the wiring as per the astra and of course the mirrors and switch.
