unfortunately it is a right pain in the ass at times... for me just getting the gearstick out resulted in a broken reverse lockout tab, but that glued back on, and has been fine since (you watch, i'll go out tomorrow and it'll snap off on me)
but getting the wires down the shaft is awkward, but it can be done with patience and some brute force., but once it's done it looks amazing.
