Maybe you started using your spare key and some settings aren't as they where, or aren't saved properly?

Do your auto lights still work like normal? When you enter the car and turn it on your light do come on by themselves?

Just thinking out loud here

Still using the original key.  Auto lights still work and come on when i turn the key and when it gets dark.

Still got to try disconnecting the battery
