@Stigeye, Sounds like you could be loosing a lot of signal in all of those connectors...
I will during the next 2 months work some more on my car, and probably replace the antenna for an FM/DAB/GPS one, most likely this one : http://www.dabonwheels.co.uk/Kinetic_DRA...erial.html.
