the brackets can not be fixed on this type of plastic

they should have opened up the cracks and filled then and fiber glassed
and meshed and then filler on both sides
with that kind of repair the cracks will open back up in weeks
that is a complete joke
also if they are trying to pass the blame
they have already admitted they were at fault by attempting to fix it in the first place
contact them now and if the bumper will not be replaced
then tell them you will be picking the car up and going to your insurance
it is also against the law to not give them there insurance details
and it is time to contact there head office and raise the issue further
