Hi I'm from west Yorkshire and have a Astra j sport tourer 1.7cdti ecoflex the cars been great apart from fuel gauge problems when It gets to just under half a tank

Whats up with the fuel gauge?

I can do programming and retrofits using genuine GM MDI and Dealer software.

it tells me I have just under 1/2 a tank and about 200 miles left then it just comes up go to garage to top up and yellow light comes on and miles left for fuel drops to about 30miles but when I fill up it only takes about 30 ltrs

Could be a few things level sensor in the tank faulty, ECU faulty IPC faulty.

Could even be a bad earth or bad connection somewhere.
