How did you connect the cable from the camera to the display?

There is a specific connector for it on the rear of the unit

One of the yellow ones on the left of the picture. The camera end is a red wire and a black wire. The red connects to the reverse wire and the black to earth and job done

thanks for the pics bro.
I have a CD600 IL installed. Are there restrictions like the s160? (like only cd400 etc)
any modification needed or plug and play?

Sorry mate I’m a bit confused here are you swapping your cd600 for an Android unit as this is what I have. I don’t know if you can retro fit reversing cameras to stock head units but I’m sure someone on here will know.

You can retro fit the reversing camera on CD600 IL.
I have done it. 
Unfortunately to make it work the VCI is needed.
