Difference between 1.7 81kw and 92kw

Hi,
just got a bit of a mystery when i went to the dealers. His card reader says my Astra is 92kw, but my registration says its 81kw. How can I physically tell the difference? Thanks!

It should say on the metal plate on the inside of the drivers door

Based on VIN number yours is 81kW (code G is A17 dtj) .. the A17dtj is 81kW and A17dtr is 92kW.

I just checked the engine itself.
It is 1.7dtr, its written on it. Meaning its 91kw... Vin decoding could be wrong? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've just checked and it's digit 8 of the VIN which does = G = A17DTJ (LPV) you can check it here in this thread https://www.vxoc.org.uk/forum/Thread-VIN-Decode

Thats what i thought.
