Hi,

Picked up my 2013 Astra 2.0cdti Sri in late December 2015

So, far I am really happy with it, slight gripe is that it appears to be a long way off the book average mpg figures, I am currently getting a true 44.7mpg, even though the fuel computer says 47.9mpg

Its my 4th Astra, over the years I have had a Mk1 GTE, Mk2 16v GTE and a Mk5 1.8 Sri

NO he has 2.0CDTI SIGGY you doughnut.

Welcome to VXOC.

The MPG seems to be a sore point for most, you will never get the book MPG.

Well he needs to stop using chip oil! hehe

But I agree with @rusty2009, you'll never see the MPG they quote, I have an eco 1.7 and they quote something daft like 60mpg...I only do motorway driving and the best I ever got was 51mpg, currently at around 49.1mpg
