Xenon Headlights

Hey all

Have had a scan of the forum and can't see anything about this topic but does anyone have any info about how to fit xenon headlights? Have never done it before with any car so not really sure about the process or what I should be looking for or even the price for this kind of upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I've done the full AFL retrofit mate.

There is now a cheaper alternative,

Holy crap! Haha, here was me thinking it would just be a few bulbs and the holders which they go in to replace my current ones and that it would only be £50! They look great but no way I'd be spending that much on them.

lol as you know we don't recommend you fit HID's into a halogen lamp.

You could make your own mate just follow @tucpals how-to http://www.vxoc.org.uk/forum/Thread-Proj...a-j-5-door

I think I'm going to back out of this one for a while! Haha. I thought it would be an easy job, not after starting a massive job as of yet as I don't really have that much free time :(

I have a few other things I have planned for this month anyway to keep me occupied

I like the look of the £200 replica ones. Not seen them before. Might be something to look into once I've done my DAB retrofit.
