open windows with the key

so i know some cars will open and close the windows with the key
but my car will not do this
so could this be the answer
not got a clue what he is taking about but it looks like it works

I thought our cars could do this. Is there not a setting in the personalisation section in the vehicle settings on the stereo

It would seem Vauxhall changed it on cars with front elec windows as they would open by them-selfs cars with full elec windows can use the fob, I've not seen a setting though.

I don't know if it got disabled on the GTC.

It works on my windows. I only got front electric so it's only them that open.

Works on my GTC... great feature on these hot days to release the heat inside before you get in lol

My astra G cabbie key fob used to operate the rag top too

Didn't they drop the function for a few months something to do with the anti pinch function not working.

it will and wont work on some astra j it was disable for a bit by vauxhall and then looks as if it was put back on other cars
as above quote very handy on them hot days to let the heat out

there were loads of problems with people getting up in the morning and finding there windows were all down
they more then lightly had pressed or knocked the key fob in there pocket.
