How much oil do I put in the gearbox after draining old stuff out?

A lot have a fill and drain plug and you just fill till it comes out the hole.
A quick check on the net would give you a fill capacity , from memory it's about 1.7 litres
NAVI950 , DAB+ & Rear Camera , quick heat, auto lights and rain sensor retrofit

I've found 1.7 but also found a lot of people saying to overfill it. Numbers of 2.4 banded about. Thought i would check here for anyone in the know?

Could always be worth a call to vauxhall. Have to be careful on over filling.
