I may be completely missing something here, but when I go through Android System Settings, I have WIFI settings but no Bluetooth Settings.
I can pair phones using the Bluetooth Blue Icon related to the phone for A2DP but what I am trying to do is pair my MaxiScan ODB2 reader to the head unit. I can't download optional Bluetooth stuff from the play store as the device is "incompatible"...
This is my ODB2 reader:

Why can't I use Android Bluetoooth Settings rather than "discovering" devices via the head unit's phone app?
Any help greatly appreciated!
