a17dte engine noisy? - rbull51 - 22:nd-Jul-2016 hi, hope this is posted in the correct place. new user! i have recently purchased an astra 1.7 ecoflex a17dte start/stop. 2013. i think that the engine is very noisy, especially on acceleration. is this normal? i previously owned a corsa d 1.7 cdti dtr and the engine in that was much quieter and more muffled sounding. i am searching and searching and not having any luck in finding any info about this.
