Is it simple to connect this to my stereo or not?? .

yes it is easy to fit but it will not work as an USB that is only the connector part
there is a loom and USB module and programing also needed to complete it

You need the USB kit mate and then it needs to be programmed into the car.

But it doesn't cost £100 new from VX
