Please can someone make a 'how to remove heater vents' the ones to each far side please

Possibly wrapping, not too sure how it would go though because of the heat?

the trim will just pull off but be very careful and take you time there are about 9 little clips that hold the trim on the vent
start from the inside freeing a bit at a time

i have no plans to take it back off at the moment
