VXOC Astra-J/GTC

Ive refurbed alloys in the past using a dremel, varying git sandpaper, filler, primer, paint and clear coats. Generally it has turned out well. 

I plan to try to do the same to my GTC limited edition alloys soon. Originally I thought they where diamond cut due to the coloring and texture, but at closer inspection and a bit of sanding I believe them to be painted.

Can anyone confirm that they are painted? or am I completely wrong.  Im looking for the correct paint code for the lighter outer sliver.

So I bought the hycoats star silver three. Tested it, it definitely isn't star 3. Star sliver 3 looks abit dark for the rim. Ended up sanding the test area down and polishing the metal and sticking a clear coat on for protection until i find the correct colour.

Apologies it should be star silver 1 not 3
