How to: wrap window switches
[align=center][Image: http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w301/...5fce57.jpg]

This is a how to change the color of your window switch surround to a gloss black instead of a horrible grey

YOU WILL NEED:

1.WRAP (bubble free, bit more expensive but 100% better and still cheap) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190740632883

2. Wrap tool (would highly recommend this when doing ANY wrapping) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/291099958969

3. Hairdryer [url=http://postimg.org/i

Tot wrap or not to wrap
Couple of things I'm thinking of wrapping gloss black, got 5m by 1m wide coming:

Chrome window trim
Vauxhall badges (might plastidip)
Chrome gear surround
Heater vents (maybe a bad idea due to heat)
Steering wheel logo (again, may plastidip)
Making some 'eyebrows' for front lights

Thoughts....

Also at the 'run what you brung' meet I'm happy to wrap things for people (for cost of wrapping), all I'll need is a plug socket for a hair dryer

Gloss black wrap on rear diffuser.
Going to be purchasing this over next couple of days and will be getting it wrapped gloss black also when it arrives. But when I get my exhaust system will the heat of the exhaust cause any issues with the wrap?

Colour change via vinyl wrap
Got a few questions regarding this.

Do you have to inform the dvla of colour change?

How easy is it to remove the rear spoiler on the vxr?

Fly eye lens wrap
HI, can I ask if anyone has chanced there hand at tinting the rear lights on a J 3d with lens wrap, thinking of giving it a go but looks like there may be too many facets on the lens for it to wrap around neatly. Any experiences?
Regards
Ronnie
