Engine Temperature
New Astra owner. First time poster.
I bought an Astra J 2010 1.6 SE recently. Within a few weeks the low coolant warning came on the dash, the level only dropped a little also fan wasn't kicking in and engine seemed very hot after only a short drive. Dealer replaced the thermostat and housing, within sales warranty, which had leaked some coolant and tested the fan as well.
I have only done a couple of 5 minute 20-30mph drives since, but each time have checked the engine because I am nervous an

Fuels Temperature sensor
I'm getting a P0181 Error pretty much every morning (starting the car from cold), got the car from a trader and he's been quite good (paying for visits to the garage to get it sorted etc.) so last time the garage he was using replaced the fuel rail with the sensor... The error code still occurs. I don't know whether it's me but isn't the sensor on the end of the fuel rail a pressure sensor?

Temperature gauge
Just been out for a hours drive and the temp gauge only went up to quarter of the way , then on the way back the gauge was reading cold and then got a message saying that ac has been tuner off due to high engine temp. I stopped and checked the coolant levels but that seemed fine. Any advice would be great as I’m not too good with mechanics but if it’s a fairly easy fix will have a go myself as funds are a bit tight lately.

Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor P2084
Wonder if anyone can help me?

I have a 2013 Astra GTC with an ongoing problem where the car will drop to limp mode.
With a code reader it has shown that the problem is “P2084 - exhaust gas temperature sensor, circuit range/performance bank 1 Sensor 2”

I erase the codes, but they do not disappear from the unit completely (they still remain on the list, but cannot be read once erased) and the car will be fine for a few months before the car goes in to limp mode and I have to erase the cod

What should be the operating temperature of the 1.6 Turbo engine?
Hi, I have a question for the owners of a car with a 1.6 Turbo engine (A16LET) - what is your continuous water temperature after the engine has warmed up? For me, according to the data on the board (I haven't measured it with OPCOM yet), it's between 105 - 110 ° C without starting the fan, so I don't know if it's too much. But the fan starts around those 110 ° and knocks it slightly below 100 °. I read somewhere that thermostats are problematic with these engines, so I don't know. Thanks for the
