'Service vehicle soon' message
For a week or two each time I start the car, I am getting a message which reads 'Service vehicle soon'. Does anyone have any experience and is this telling me it is producing a fault code somewhere (as this is what I suspect) ? If so, does anyone have a fault code reader in the Cheshire area that may be able to offer some help and advice? Thanks, Graham in Winsford.

Service Vehicle Soon (sorry)
Get this message every time I start the car. I know its not a service light but warning of a fault. It started middle of last week. Not done anything to the car and it drives and starts as it always has. I've used a OBD II Bluetooth reader with 2 different apps and got NO error codes at all. I've also tried another OBD II which has a hand held reader and got no error codes. Any ideas what could be happening. Also is there I simple error I could cause just to see if the 2 readers I've been using

Astra GTC service vehicle soon
Hi,
I've recently purchased a 2013 1.6 astra GTC.
It's done 25000 miles with full service history. The SERVICE VEHICLE SOON message as popped up a few times but disappears after a 30 seconds. I took it back to the dealer. They reset the service light telling me it was just a glitche the gtc is known for. There's been np error codes stored either. I just wondered if any other owners have had same or simular issues with the service light??

Change oil soon - can I ignore it for about 1k miles?
Ok, prepping for a trip down to Alton towers leaving tomorrow, and this morning it change oil soon popped up.

I'm about 650 miles round trip, add on 300 for miscellaneous other driving, looking at 1k miles before I can get back and do the oil change (procrastination will be the end of me)

service vehicle soon
Just been out to my car this morning and the service vehicle soon message came on and vehicle went into limp mode. tried half an hour later and same thing. this afternoon i was going to take it to local garage and see what they said but used spare key this time as was going to leave car with them and service vehicle soon came on then went off and car drove as normal. I have noticed my keyfob has been acting up recently and was wondering if low battery in keyfob could cause SVS.

'Service Vehicle Soon' on display
Can anyone give me some advice on this please?

I've had this 1.6 CDTI 2014 for 4 years (67K), always done my own servicing, including resetting oil service life indicator, but never had this 'Service Vehicle Soon' warning come up on the Multi-Function Display before, a horizontal spanner in the middle of the image of a car.   Admittedly the service was delayed and quite late this year due to Covid.

I have had issues with the Intake Air Temperature sensor of recent triggering an engine MI

Service Vehicle soon and Op-com
Hi all.

i've got on my dash the svs message, i took the car to a garage for a diagnose, and it came out with code P0672, glow plug on cilinder 2 faulty.

I ordered op-com, and when i read codes i got the same code (P0672) and 5 others.

can anyone tell me if the other codes are related to the faulty glow plug, or if they mean that more issues are going on?

thanks
