Wonder if anyone can help, I seem to be having what I think is an issue with the light/rain sensor in the Astra J. Not sure if its the sensor thats at fault, something else or not a fault. I'm getting a P0181 Error pretty much every morning (starting the car from cold), got the car from a trader and he's been quite good (paying for visits to the garage to get it sorted etc.) so last time the garage he was using replaced the fuel rail with the sensor... The error code still occurs. I don't know whether it's me but isn't the sensor on the end of the fuel rail a pressure sensor?

I have seen some Astra-J's with Parking Sensors and a display in the dash screen showing distance, then I have seen some wiht sensors and no display.

My Astra-J 2011/11 Elite CDTI has the parking sensors but we dont get the display on the dash. Can this be activated or is it a case of you cant get it if its not there from factory?

Daughter's 2012 GTC had what I thought to be a faulty coolant temperature sensor. Error shown on display and fan running at full speed constantly. Purchased a new thermostat with sensor included and connected it to the cables (before going to the trouble of fitting thermostat to engine block) to test.
The same error was still shown on the display, and the fan ran at full speed.

Sensor resistance very similar to the fitted one. (17 ohms) at room temperature.

Hello, does any one know where the climate control sensor for Astra J sports tourer 2011 is located? Something strange is going on with my climate control. I have to set it up to 26 to start having some slightly heated air inside. No errors on the computer. Thank you in advance for the help.
