JJ's BMW 325D M Sport
Hey guys,

Thought some of you may be interested in seeing the car I traded my Astra in for back in April...

2007 BMW 325D M Sport
3.0 6 cylinder diesel
2 owners
169k
Full history, all BMW dealer bar one stamp

Last owner was a motor home company in Torquay & it was their directors car for 5 years.

Coming from a 1.7 SRI CDTI Astra J I have to say the power is awesome, it's over 200 bhp and for a diesel it sounds fantastic as its 6 cylinder.

Also, I've been paying a very close eye to fue

So I got an Astra J 63plate 2.0cdti Ecoflex s/s elite
As above I have just got an ice white astra which i upgraded from a 1.4 08 astra and I'm in love however I'm just wondering am I stuck in terms of upgrading the speed of this car due to it being a 63 plate and being s/s? I mean I'm in no hurry due to only just getting the car im just wondering what my options will be when the time comes. Am I stuck to just a pedal box or are there any alternatives?

Chris Knott's current Top 20 clubs and forums
As the year draws to a close, here are Chris Knott's Top 10 and Top 20 club/forum rankings for 2016 as they currently stand. Though of course there are still a few weeks of 2016 left and all could change!!

Remember, to feature in our Top 20 a club/forum will be producing a high number of quote enquiries AND Chris Knott will be converting a strong percentage into policies.

There's a good argument that if you drive one of the cars on the list [b]you're more likely to save money on your STAND

Ben's 2.0CDTi Ecoflex Se
Evening All,

It's been a couple weeks since I got my Astra and it's time to start a (rather plain probably) progress thread.

So, I chose the Astra as my previous car (Alfa 159) was rather pricey to run and with even more miles on my commute I thought it was best to downsize to something that just works really.

It hasn't been the best of starts as I picked it up on Friday 13th (tempting fate here? haha) and by the Monday was in the garage for a leaky boot, rumbling suspension and the d

Dave's Astra GTC 1.4 turbo 120
Hi all, thought I'd start a little thread as I've just bought myself a 2012 Astra GTC 1.4 turbo (120).

My plans for the car are to get it up to around 180bhp, does this sound achievable? There must be other owners on here with the 1.4 turbo engine that have reached this sort of figure. What's the best route to take? Any info at all on this subject is appreciated as the GTC is still new to me.

My car has the 19 inch 5 spoke alloys, which I'm looking at getting refurbished in a dark colou

UK's car insurance premiums on the rise again.
UK's car insurance premiums on the rise again.

For those interested, here's a copy of an article we wrote for the Saab Owners Club GB magazine in early February about the potential for insurance premium increases across the whole market.
