Power for Dashcam and Mysterious Fuse
Evening,

Have seen the below post with regards to power for dashcam but i am looking to wire into the fuse box. This was relatively easy on my Corsa D i just tapped into the heated seats that the car did not have and i got power. With the Astra i have found that i either can only find constant lives or dead feeds. I am wanting to tap into a power source that is live when the car is on accessory but when i have tried tapping the 12v socket at the front it will not power anything unless it is

Help diagnosing loss of power
Hi. I have a 62 plate 2.0CDTI Elite manual gear box. Its all fully standard except the DriveAudio headunit.

On Tuesday I went to Manchester and back (170 mile round trip) no problem. On Wednesday I went up Bradford way, again about 170 miles odd (I don't do these types of runs every week mind).

Well on the way up Bradford, no problems. But after work I get in the car and shortly later I get a 'Service Vehicle Soon' message. I just clear it thinking its reminder to service as the car seems

Car losing power
Hi all I've got Astra J 1.7 cdti recently it has been what I would describe as a misfire but tonight on the moterway on way home from work it started to happen quite regularly and felt as if it was going to cut out it was happening while in cruise control and out of cruise control when It was in cc and losing power it would turn off cc but there is no warning lights or fault codes showing any help would be greatly appreciated someone suggested it could be the fuel pump

Rear Lighter/Aux Power Plug
I have the Genuine vauxhall (meriva) Rear aux power socket but it ideally requires the three pin plug as used on the tyre compressor, is anyone breaking a car that has the loom with the plug?

Just want a bit of it so i can put an aux socket in the boot.

power steering failure whilst driving
hi guys, hoping you can help me with this one, I have a 2012 Astra j 2.0 cdti sri, I had a major service done on it last week, a week later on my way to work my power steering failed and it's telling me it needs a service, I was lucky I was on the straight part of the country road I was going down! Anyway once I got to work I turned car off for five minutes and it started working again, few days later and it stopped again as I was going down a38, any ideas what may be the cause? Anyone had this

Heated seat have no power
The heated seats used to work fine then all of a sudden they just cut out when I was driving one day. No power at all as when I try to turn them on, the buttons don’t light up.

Changed the fuses in the boot still nothing. The lumbar support buttons still work on the seats and everything else works fine in the car just the heated seats won’t turn on.

Is there any other fuses to try change? And if not anyone have any ideas what it could be?
