No.1 Ford Escort 100E side valve 3 Gears. Bought as a, none runner, it needed to be towed home. Took engine out and sorted various valve problems. Then had the chassis welded because of rust. Cost of car £5
No.2 This was a ford 100E van. Engine blew up on 2nd day Got my £10 back

Engine over heated on motorway stopped checked water okay then checked oil no oil in the engine topped up to max restarted engine knocking top end left it till the next day started it up when cooled down and it was smoking for 10 mins and ruff idle smoke cleared up and still knocking and ruff idle rev it past 2000 rpm and it sounds normal any ideas got the turbo in the specialist today to found out if the turbo are fault thanks????

Got a problem and hoping someone can help.
I've recently bought a GTC 2.0 CDTI SRI. ( 2012, 51000 miles ) had it around 4 weeks and have an issue already.
The only way to describe the fault is its as if I press the clutch pedal while accelerating. usually around 60-70 and in 5th are sixth gear although its done it once in fourth. it starts accelerating ok then loses power and starts over revving just like I have pressed the clutch in. Hi all, since updating my iPhone X to iOS 13 i've been unable to change tracks using the car's media controls.

I've got an Astra J SRI (2010) with satnav. The phone uses Apple Music, via USB  for media and charging and has worked fairly flawlessly until now. The tracks will play, and I can browse playlists and select tracks, but once in a playlist, I try to skip a track and it will attempt the skip, then continue playing the current track.
