Anyone else get a whistle when on a call with factory BT?

It's only when the engine is running and it gets louder with acceleration.

I have nothing plugged into the AUX or USB it was fine until a few days just bugging me as I can't find the cause.

Need your help folks.

A month or so ago, I was getting a random "Service Theft Deterrent System" message coming up randomly and my start/stop wasnt working.

So googled it and everything pointed towards a dodgy battery, especially as the start/stop want working.

Anyway, I replaced the battery for another good second hand one and low & behold, the start/stop started working so that nailed that S/S problem. However randomly I was still getting a "Service Theft Deterrent System"

I've just taken ownership of a 2010 2.0 CDTI Astra J Elite.  Coming from and old Type-R, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the number of electronic assists!  I've ploughed through the manual and done some googling, but I'm struggling to find out if the beeps on ignition are normal.  Basically, when turning the key to the ignition 'on' point, I get a series of bongs in rapid succession, which stop after a few seconds.  After starting the engine, the status lights all disappear (except for the expected one

Hey guys and girls just thought I would post looking for some advice.  Got a 2010 Astra j Sri with 35k on the. Lock and recently I've been having a service vehicle soon message pop up more frequently. Tried a mate's code reader but I don't believe it was up to much as it didn't find anything. This coincides with sometimes the engine fan is on 100% at hot and cold start.

Has this happened to anyone else? I get a sort of burning smell in the vents at times also.

Fitting the front (and/or the rear) brembo discs/pads n calipers from the vxr on to the gtc?

I was wondering if it's been done & would you need to fit larger alloys afterwards?

I have noticed loads of different dis-activated lights on my mid-level display, one of which is a light of a fuel pump.

Does anyone know if there is a mpg/trip computer that can be turned on in the mid level J display? I wouldn't see that Vauxhall would put lights and things in there if they didn't do anything.

Just ordered a complete VXR front bumper. It dosen´t have PDC option. PDC was not an option on the VXR.

Mine comes from factory with PDC. Has anybody fitted the PDC sensors in this bumper and where.

Maybe someone has a good idea how to fit the sensors.

All inputs are welcome.
