Does anyone know if I have to have the resistors with the leds or can I just put an led bulb straight in? On the Astra gtc?

Hi peeps, has any of you's installed foot well lights from the courtesy light via the drivers side A post on a GTC?. If so can you tell me the easiest way to locate the grey coloured live going up to it.

I'm preparing to install front fogs in my insignia. I think I've got most of the info ready but still have a few questions. I like to know the procedure from start to finish so there's no surprises.

When all is said and done I'd like to write up a how-to for it.

I'm in the same boat as a previous owner, new 2017 gtc which im looking to buy is on the forecourt  with the older rear lights, want dealer to fit the led versions, so is it a matter of getting the lights and the wiring kit and just fitting, or is there something else needed.

Just bought these for my GTC tonight. Already have installed the led side lights which look mint! Looking forward to these coming now! So i have bought a new GTC, it came with no led rear lens, so got the dealer to order and fit them. Now he says it throws up rear bulb light failure display on the dash. Pressing the button on the steering wheel stalk turns of the issue warnings. can live with that , but is there a way to eliminate this, a guy told me you can go into the ecu and change the settings in the codes menu.

Got a problem with daytime lights. They come on then one works then doesn't then does.

Hi all,

As my new car is for a dog's benefit, I'm keen to fit some led flood lights into the boot door so that when it opens, the immediate area underneath & behind is lit up like blackpool.

I'm looking at fitting up to 72W of led here, never mind dual boot lights & interiors coming on too.

I'm still looking at the position and placement of the floods, this could be simply 2 banks either side @36w or 2 banks either side at 18W plus a further 2 seated differently to light up further out from t
