Hi, I am from Sydney Australia. One of the few owners of the Opel Astra Sports tourer here in Australia. The astra J and hatch were sold under the Opel brand only for 11 months between 2012 and 2013, the sports tourer being rarer on the road around here. 

I have the 1.6T automatic. Good all around daily family car that has adequate performance and is very stylish on my perspective.

Ive been browsing the forum for about a week or so so I thought I'd say hi. I recently picked up my 1.6t GTC and its going in to the bodyshop to be resprayed on tuesday. Hoping to start the full SMD conversion on it once its back from there and ill get a little progress thread going. Anyway heres a few pics of it currently as it is

Tinted rear windows
Tinted side repeaters
Smoked chrome refurbished alloys
Philips extreme vision 130% head/main beam bulbs
Insignia double horn
Pressed plates
Led number plate  and interior bulbs
Genuine Vauxhall kick plates
Think that's about it up

I'm also a new Astra J owner (ex 6 years I owned Astra H 1.7 74kw), 1.6 CDTI (100 kW). Since I'm from Croatia, my English probably won't be 100% correct, and SW will stay on left side

I'm Joe. New to this forum. Been about on other forums for quite a number of years now, but already this one seems a lot more friendly and helpful than the way most of the others seem to have gone in recent years. So look forward to getting to know everyone.

Anyway I've had quite a few astras over the years, last 2 were an Astra GSI turbo and Astra VXR Nurburgring.
Now I've got a white Astra GTC VXR so the Astra bug is definitely in my blood haha.

Hi all, my name is Tasos and i'm from Greece. Been reading your forum for quite some time, so i decided to register and introduce myself.
I own an astra j 1.6t sport edition for about 4.5 years and i'm completely pleased with it.
