Is there anyone in the Tunbridge wells area that can do a software update on a Vauxhall’s Astra j 2013 2.0cdti??

The Vaux garage around here are crap. 

I have the engine overheating issue which so I’m told is a software update and then replace the EGT sensors for good measure. 

If anyone can help I’d be very grateful and obviously pay for your time.

I've managed to pick up a used Android unit for my Astra J, I've removed all the original equipment and read numerous threads on here and online regarding installation however I feel I'm missing something? 

The unit I have seems to differ from all the other units and I can't find anything online regarding what I have.

Hi guys I have a Astra 2.0 cdti 14 plate and recently it has started making a lot of noise when completely cold on startup but only then. After it’s been started it doesn’t do it at all. I’ve had cam belt don’t and water pump done when I bought the car 6months. Not sure if it’s chain or belt on these and if the tensioner could be at fault or possibly dual mass maybe ?? Any ideas thanks

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar situation or know anything that could help with my 1.4 petrol 2013 Astra GTC.
recently I had the Service ESP message come up on the dash and took it to the local friend to be read.

The following codes came up:
U0125-00
C0196-71

He isn't sure what the problem may be and I don't want to take it to the garage and they scam me an extortionate amount to fix.

My high beam '3rd' brake light also stopped working around the same time.

Help bonnet won't open . The leaver goes all the way with no resistance. Bonnet does not pop up .

Hello all,

I am planning to fit/install front sequential LED light strip which has the function of DRL & indicator signals. I need help or advise on how best to do this. Is it best to try and tap into the side panel indicator or the lower front indicator that is next to the fog light? 

Any help would be appreciated, I have experience in wiring other lights on the car but this is the first time I have looked at fitting a sequential LED light strip that needs to use the indicators as a addit
