Hello, Just a short post to intoduce myself. I have just become the proud owner of a 12 plate Astra GTC SRI 1.6T in white. It has Nav600 system fitted, 19" wheels and front/rear parking sensors. It's go to be the best car I have ever owned. The performance is deceptive as it is so quiet and smooth in it's delivery. At first I thought it was no quicker than my old Corsa D 1.7CDTI which had great low down torque but I have got the hang of dropping a gear in the Astra and then it pulls ! I look for

I have just traded in from Astra H 1.7 cdti Breeze for a Astra J 1.7 cdti Sri 2010. So far Iam loving it and so happy I've upgraded.

My old H I did a few jobs which for a novice I was very pleased :-)

I added cruise, used opcom and installed a sat nav unit

I'm looking forward to firstly updating my DRL's and adding a sat nav on my Sri and reading this great newly found forum for help and advice

Hello fellow Astrites!

I am new to the forum but have been on the Astra Facebook page for some weeks now.
Based near Preston, Lancashire, I have my ongoing project with Astra for it to be the ultimate sleeper 5-door astra. Currently running about 200bhp at the wheels from the 1.6 Turbo petrol and I absolutely love it to pieces!
