I was thinking about changing to an after market head unit.

What's the best dongle for a V5754 android head unit?
Got my V5754 coming tomorrow and want to have internet available in the car to fully use it's capabilities. I don't really want to use my phone as a hotspot and would prefer to have a dedicated internet connection that would always be available in the car when needed, so I guess I'm looking at a wifi dongle/mifi unit etc.

Any advice on what works best?

Cheers

Android head unit stuck
I installed my v5754 recently and it's been working perfectly. However when I was driving along today with Google maps running and playing music from the microsd card (done that before many times without issues) when the unit froze. I pulled fuse 4 from the fuse box behind the glovebox to reset power to the head unit and now it's stuck on a recovery screen. None of the buttons move the selectio on screen so I can't choose either option. Help please![IMG]https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180401/

Hey all,

I have a '16 plate SRi, when i brought it has a DriveAuto head unit.

Does anyone know where I can find a 600/650/950 to put it back to standard?

I have been using a newer corsa for a bit and have found android auto enabled system to be perfect for me and i would like to go back to one of these standard units and use it?

Could only find this on ebay:

after market head init
hi all, has any one fitted a sub with built amp to a after market head unit (V5754)
what I need to know is what phono leads from the head unit do I use,
because the white thin plug that goes in to the back of the unit has many phono plugs coming from it,
ie 2x white and 2x red marked (front right/front left) (rear right/rear left).
but the two iso plugs that power the unit and speakers have 2x phono plugs from it (1 red) (1 white) with stickers saying (onstar)
so if any one as some info on

Seicane Android Head Units
Hello!

Apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum. I'm just getting acquainted!

I've recently become the owner of a 2012 Astra GTC which is fitted with the CD 400 stereo. I'm looking to install a navigation screen, and am looking to do this via replacing the existing head unit as I much prefer the appearance compared to having the screen lower down, personally - amongst retaining some functionality of the existing controls.

I'm looking at a Seicane unit (linked below), but was

CD400 buttons not working Android head unit install
Hi guys,

I've got a android head unit installed on my Astra SRI 2012 and I cannot make the buttons from the CD400 work. I've got a shop in SE london to do the installation, but it was their first android head unit like that installed on an Astra so I think they missed something.

My unit is similar to the RV5754 [url=https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32811421710.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.1.47a67bffeBwcOL&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0%2Csearchweb201602_8_10065_10130_10068_10547_319_317_10548_10696_

Head Unit Help
When I purchased my Astra J, it was already fitted with an aftermarket head unit from car vision. This meant that I did not have the 4 line display, which I had purchased separately off Ebay, assuming this would work straight out of the box. I fitted this, along with a Kenwood DMX8019DABS head unit, using the Connects2 cables, etc. The head unit works completely, however nothing is appearing on the 4 line display, assuming the unit works, and the steering controls are not working (for volume, et
