I've recently purchased a 2013 1.6 astra GTC.
It's done 25000 miles with full service history. The SERVICE VEHICLE SOON message as popped up a few times but disappears after a 30 seconds. I took it back to the dealer. They reset the service light telling me it was just a glitche the gtc is known for. There's been np error codes stored either. I just wondered if any other owners have had same or simular issues with the service light??

Hi Folks

I have a 2015 GTC 2.0 diesel auto. I noticed that water collects in the gap between the bottom of the rear window and the boot.
So when I open the boot after rain, quite a lot of water flows back out of here. Its not leaking into the car or anything like that, but im thinking it's eventually going to rust in there if water is pooling in there.

Also tried parking on a level surface to see if it made any difference, but water still pools in the gap.

I've had a look but I cannot find this info on the forum.

I'm on my second GTC, I really like the 2.0 diesel model, does everything I need. Went to buy a new one a couple of months ago and was gutted that they don't make the 2.0 diesel any more. So I managed to find an 18 month old one with 7K miles on the clock, in my required yellow colour. Result!

Now to the question:

How do I fit twin rear exhausts, like the VXR? What is required, new rear lower panel, etc?

Anyone done this?

My 1.4 GTC is  getting near ready for the exhaust to be replaced. ringing around. it seems that everyone is telling me that its hard to obtain and that Vauxhall dealers are the ones i should try. So, i rang the local dealers and even on my trade club account, it is £498 for a secondary cat back system.

This got me thinking that it may well be as cost effiective to go the route of a a stainless system, something like Scorpion or custom made.

Just bought a 2015 Astra GTC with the CD600 head unit, the previous owner has filled all 5 device spaces. The unit will not let me delete any, after pressing delete and yes.. the unit just hangs and nothing happens. The unit is 100% fine in all other areas and runs very smooth.  Any idea how to delete these devices so I can pair my phone??

I'm needing advice, I am thinking of straight piping my car from the turbo back but im not sure wether to leave the cat in.
has anyone done this previously and does anyone have any videos of their astra straight piped?

I could do with some advice to help with an issue that has just surfaced.

I started my Petrol GTC this morning (27/10/2018). The warning lights came on as normal and then all went our except for the Yellow Engine Warning Light. This light stayed on. The car seems fine to drive. It has done 13,010 miles, had a full service 4 months ago and has been sitting in the drive for the last 3 weeks doing nothing while I recover from an operation. I have a 2015 1.6 cdti 136 Astra GTC, I’m trying to locate the fuel rail sensor but cannot seem to find it. Could anyone point it out for me please?

So finally bit the bullet and got myself a GTC, almost got one before but ended up with a Saab 9-3 TTiD Aero, which was a lovely car but the gremlins beat me in the end. 

My new GTC is a 12 plate (soon to have a GTC private plate) SRI in manual, 2.0 cdti flavour. It has quite a few factory options; Aero pack (VXR style kit), 20" alloys, leather seats, forward lighting pack and perimeter protection pack. I wanted the VXR styling and parking sensors at a minimum the other options are just major
