Garage scratched my wheels.
Hi All,

Took my car in for a couple of new front tyres. Not only did they leave my wheels covers in white gunk but both have marks. The garage has accepted responsibly for one (only just noticed the other). They said they will send it off to be re-lacquered will this sort it? Images should be attached.

Thanks,
Matt

A garage have been driving my other half's car, out 3 times, one of the occasions it was parked on double yellows for 30 minutes, the garage haven't been much help saying it was just a test drive, it only went in for a suspension bush, they had car from 930 till 1230, and it seems they were using the car most of the time, what should we do

Forgot to say, it's all on camera

Back-order parts through garage
Has anyone had any experience with waiting times for parts that are on back-order through a garage? It is a vauxhall garage if that influences anything. I've been waiting for 8 weeks now for a new front bumper for my 2017 GTC Ltd Ed after a minor accident. I realise that the bumper has the styling from the VXR and as such might not be as easy to get, i just thought that 8 weeks was a long time for a new model.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
