Cooling Fan Strange Behavior
Hi guys Bye, hope someone have a clue on what happening with my car
Sometimes the cooling fan won't stop, and others it just blow for few seconds as i turn on the ignition, and sometimes it just work fine, also have a message ''Car service necessary'' pop out with the strange behavior of the Fan Looney???
the car is a 2012 1.6 turbo with just over 30000 miles on it.

Cooling Fan coming on for a few seconds
Recently on two occasions after I have driven the car for a while,  stopped and then re start the cooling fan has come on for a few seconds.

Could this be related to the thermostat wiring harness issue they had?

It is a 1.6 Petrol Auto

2010 Astra J - Cooling Fan issue
Hi, I’m having a problem on my 2010 1.6 Sri Astra J.
The cooling fan is running all the time, even on motorway driving, it won’t shut off.
I’ve had a diagnostic tester on and it flagged up the following code.

P0480 - Cooling Fan Relay 1 Control Circuit

So far I’ve replaced the following:
- the sensor at the bottom of the radiator
- the expansion tank (with sensor)
- the thermostat with built-in sensor

I’ve also checked the 3 relays for continuity and operation with 12v supply, and
